Peer Support Group
AFFIRM! is an 8-week education-based peer support group for gender diverse folks (age 16-25) who are interested in exploring care options and/or learning more about their care/wellbeing.
We meet weekly for 60 minutes. It is a closed group, meaning once the intake process has been completed, no new folks will be able to join until the next group begins. There is a limit of 10 participants. If capacity is reached any additional folks can be added to the waitlist for the next cycle.
